**Quick answer**

These terms govern your use of MetroProxies, a service of ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA). By opening an account or buying a plan you accept them, together with the [acceptable use policy](https://metroproxies.com/acceptable-use/), the [privacy policy](https://metroproxies.com/privacy/) and the [refund policy](https://metroproxies.com/refunds/). They were last updated on 18 October 2026.

## 1. Who provides the service?

MetroProxies is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA) ("we"). The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. You can reach us at support@metroproxies.com; abuse reports go to abuse@metroproxies.com.

## 2. Who may use it?

You must be an adult able to enter a contract, and you use the service for lawful business or personal purposes. Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions; you may not use the service from those places or for people located there. We may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation.

## 3. What do you buy?

You buy access to proxy services: residential traffic billed per GB, rotating mobile traffic billed per GB, and dedicated 4G/5G ports billed per day, as described on the [pricing page](https://metroproxies.com/pricing/) at the time of purchase. Targeting options (country, state, city, ZIP code, ASN) are requests to the network, not guarantees: City availability varies; the checkout shows what is online. We do not promise a number of IPs, a speed or a success rate on any website.

## 4. Account, balance and payment

- Account-number login; email is optional. Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered.
- You pay by topping up a balance in cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC): the checkout proposes the price of the plan you choose, less any balance you have, and at least $25. Send the exact amount shown on the payment page to the address and network shown, then click I've sent the payment; the top-up is matched by its exact amount and credited once confirmed. A payment sent on the wrong network or for a different amount may not be recoverable.
- Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.
- Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices for future purchases; a plan already bought keeps its traffic.

## 5. Delivery and measurement

Credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as you buy a plan from your confirmed crypto balance. Usage counts all data sent and received through the proxy (upload and download, headers included). 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Connection attempts that fail before reaching the target are not counted. Prepaid residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them. Unused traffic is lost if you delete your account or if it is closed for a breach of these terms. If we stop selling a product, we give at least 30 days' notice to use the remaining traffic or move its value to another product.

## 6. Rules of use

You follow the [acceptable use policy](https://metroproxies.com/acceptable-use/), the law that applies to you and to the sites you reach, and those sites' terms. Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked at the gateway. You are responsible for everything done with your credentials and sub-users; keep them private. You may not resell access to the service or share credentials with third parties unless we agree in writing.

## 7. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account, without refund of the affected plan, when we have reasonable grounds to believe it breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, when a legal obligation requires it, or when it puts the network or other customers at risk. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. Where possible we tell you why by email, if you gave one.

## 8. What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is and as available. Residential and mobile IPs belong to devices and networks we do not control; they can change, slow down or go offline. We do not promise that a given website accepts a request, that an IP geolocates to the same place in every database, or that the service suits a particular purpose.

## 9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that caused it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## 10. Law, disputes and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by any consumer protection law that applies to you and cannot be set aside. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes, and material changes apply to purchases made after the update. Questions: support@metroproxies.com.
