## What should I include for a fast answer?

- The username you used, with its targeting (for example `USERNAME-country-us-state-ca-city-fresno`), but not the password.
- The time of the problem with its time zone.
- The exact error or HTTP status, and the tool you use (curl, Python, browser).
- For a payment: the coin, the network and the transaction ID.

## How do I report abuse?

Send the IP address, the exact time with its time zone, the target hostname and a description to abuse@metroproxies.com. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. Connection metadata is kept for up to 30 days, so report within that window.

## What if I lost my account number?

Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered.
